LEGAL NOTICE, TERMS OF CONTRACT, AND PRIVACY POLICY

In compliance with current Spanish and European regulations regarding e-commerce, data protection,
and consumer protection, we provide the following information regarding the
terms of use for this website and the contracting of services. We recommend reviewing this
document before contracting any of our services.

For the purposes of this document, the entity behind the website is referred to interchangeably as “KAIB,” “the
company,” or “we.”

2. Purpose and Activity

Through this website, KAIB provides information and allows users to request the following services:

• Online Ayurveda courses.

• In-person Ayurveda courses.

• Online Ayurveda consultations.

• In-person Ayurveda consultations.

• Ayurveda retreats, which may include Ayurvedic treatments as part of the retreat itself.

Downloadable digital products.

These services are offered to individuals residing in Spain and the rest of the European Union.

3. Contracting Process

Contracting services does not necessarily take place automatically via the website. The standard procedure is as follows:

• Interested parties are invited to submit a request using the contact form available on the website

or via email. • KAIB manually confirms the availability and terms of the requested service.

• Payment is made exclusively via bank transfer, using the details provided in the confirmation.

• The spot or reservation is considered confirmed once KAIB has received the corresponding payment.

Before finalizing any reservation, the user will receive clear information regarding the price, service characteristics, and applicable terms.

4. Cancellation, change, and refund policy

To ensure clear and transparent terms, the following cancellation rules apply to courses, consultations, and retreats:

Cancellation 7 days or more in advance: You will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid.

Cancellation within 7 days of the scheduled date: 50% of the amount will be refunded, subject to a 10% administrative and processing fee.

Date change: Requests must be made at least 7 days in advance and are subject to availability.

Same-day cancellation or non-attendance ("no-show"): No refund of the amount paid will be issued.

If KAIB cancels an activity, course, consultation, or retreat, the user may choose to reschedule to a new date or receive a refund of the amount paid.

Force Majeure
In the event that service provision is prevented by force majeure (including, but not limited to, natural disasters, government actions, general strikes, or exceptional health-related circumstances), KAIB may postpone or reschedule the activity, offering the user reasonable available alternatives, without incurring additional liability for the company. 5. Personal Data Protection

KAIB processes users' personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR), Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD), and Law 34/2002 of 11 July (LSSI-CE).

Purpose of processing
Data is used to handle requests for information, manage contracts, inquiries, withdrawals, and digital products, address communications, and—where applicable—send commercial communications subject to prior consent.

Legal basis
The legal basis for processing is the performance of a pre-contractual or contractual relationship with the user, as well as compliance with legal obligations applicable to KAIB.

Data retention
Data will be retained for the duration of the relationship with the user and, subsequently, for the statutory periods required to address potential liabilities arising from.
